  • If your claim was admitted by the bankruptcy trustee your name and the amount of your claim will be added to the claimants list. This list may be forwarded to the court as attachment to a bankruptcy report;

  • Third party suppliers in connection with the processing of your personal data for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, such as the IT provider of this website, communication service providers or other suppliers to whom we outsource certain support services.
